How to Become A Member?

Manual Method

Submit the following requirements to our office:

  • Filled membership form (signed & stamped)
  • Two passport sized pictures of the applicant
  • Copy of valid CNIC of the applicant
  • A copy of withholding tax of the company
  • Sales tax registration, if applicable.
  • Detailed profiles of Company and Representative
  • Submission of membership fee of Rs. 10,000/- in the form of cash/online payment/cheque in favor of "Pak China Joint Chamber of Commerce" (Online Payment Available - Click here for details)
Email / TCS

Email/TCS the following requirements to our office:

  • Scanned copy of filled membership form (signed & stamped) 
  • Two passport sized pictures of the applicant
  • Copy of valid CNIC of the applicant
  • A copy of withholding tax of the company
  • Sales tax registration, if applicable.
  • Detailed profiles of Company and Representative
  • Submission of membership fee of Rs. 10,000/- in the form of cash/online payment/cheque in favor of "Pak China Joint Chamber of Commerce" (Online Payment Available - Click here for details)

NOTE:

  • The membership duration is for one year; from 1st April till 31st March every year
  • The membership is renewed on an ANNUAL basis by:
    • Submitting the mentioned fee in the form of cash/cheque/online payment upon completion of prescribed period of membership; 1st April till 31st March
    • Submitting/Emailing Income Tax  Return
